This homemade iced latte combines strong espresso, honey and cinnamon with cold milk and plenty of ice.
The honey dissolves best while the espresso is still hot, creating a naturally sweet coffee drink that can be prepared in approximately five minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 shots freshly brewed espresso
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 180 ml cold milk, approximately ¾ cup
- Ice cubes
- A small pinch of salt, optional
Instructions
- Pour the hot espresso into a glass or small jug.
- Add the honey, cinnamon, vanilla and optional pinch of salt. Stir until the honey dissolves.
- Fill a serving glass with ice.
- Pour in the cold milk.
- Slowly add the sweetened espresso.
- Stir before drinking and garnish with a small dusting of cinnamon.
Variations
Use oat milk for a creamy dairy-free version.
For a stronger coffee flavor, freeze brewed coffee in an ice-cube tray and use coffee ice cubes.
