Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered electronically.

By purchasing digital content from Alya's Kitchen, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital products and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may no longer apply once the download or access to the digital content has started.

Refund Eligibility
